1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Neat to Meet ("the Platform"), operated by Savvy Digital Studio ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Neat to Meet is a directory of business networking events and organizations. We aggregate event information, allow organizations to claim and manage their listings, and provide tools for the business community to discover networking opportunities.

The Platform is available at https://tampabay.neattomeet.com and its regional subdomains (e.g., austin.neattomeet.com).

3. User Accounts

• You may create an account to manage an organization listing after your claim request is approved.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account or submitting content.
• You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their authorization.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Organization Listings

Free Listings

Organizations may be listed on the Platform based on publicly available information. Organization leaders can claim their listing for free to verify ownership, add a logo, update contact information, and manage their events.

Premium Listings

Claimed organizations may upgrade to a premium listing for a monthly fee. Premium listings include enhanced placement, featured badges, social media links, custom taglines, and other benefits as described on the Platform. Premium features are subject to change. Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase.

• Premium subscriptions are billed monthly.
• You may cancel at any time. Your premium features will remain active through the end of your current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Event Submissions

• Anyone may submit an event for review. All submissions are moderated before publication.
• You represent that the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share it.
• We reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove any submitted event at our discretion.
• Events must be legitimate business networking events. We do not accept events promoting illegal activities, MLM recruitment, or deceptive practices.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or spam content.
• Claim an organization listing you are not authorized to represent.
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform without permission.
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data you are not authorized to access.
• Use the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

• The Neat to Meet name, logo, design, and original content are owned by Savvy Digital Studio.
• Organization logos, names, and descriptions remain the property of their respective owners.
• By submitting content to the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content on the Platform and in promotional materials.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of event information.
• That events listed on the Platform will take place as described.
• Uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.

Event details are provided for informational purposes. Always confirm details directly with the organizing entity before attending.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Savvy Digital Studio and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. FTC Compliance & Advertising Disclosure

Some organization listings on Neat to Meet are paid placements (premium listings). Paid placements are identified with a "Featured" or "Sponsored" badge. We are committed to transparency and comply with FTC guidelines regarding endorsements and advertising.

Neat to Meet may receive compensation from organizations that purchase premium listings. This does not influence our editorial decisions about which events to publish. Event submissions are reviewed based on relevance and accuracy, regardless of the submitting organization's listing tier.

11. Communications Consent

By opting in to email or SMS communications on our forms, you consent to receive messages from Neat to Meetas described at the time of opt-in. You may opt out at any time:

• Email: Click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• SMS: Reply STOP to any text message. Standard message and data rates may apply.

We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

12. Third-Party Links

The Platform contains links to third-party websites (event registration pages, organization websites, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those websites. Clicking a link to a third-party site is at your own discretion and risk.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including liability limitations and intellectual property rights) will remain in effect.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
